Who are We?
Hope Everyday Foundation (H.E.F.) is a medical non-governmental organization based in Abuja, Nigeria, with a focus on providing free medical services for communities, indigent members of society and vulnerable people groups.
In keeping with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) #3, at Hope Everyday Foundation (H.E.F.), we believe that access to quality healthcare should not be a privilege but a right. Founded in 2024 in Abuja, Nigeria, our mission is to reach vulnerable individuals and communities with free medical services, health education, and compassionate support.

Our Programs

Monthly Free Clinics
Specifically targeted at chronic non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Sickle Cell Anemia, and other diseases such as dental, eye and mental health conditions. Currently holds every last Saturday of the month.

Women Health Awareness Campaign (WHAC)
Empowering women through education, free health checks, free treatment and supportive outreach programs, fostering wellbeing and good health in underserved areas. Holds annually.

Independence Day Special Outreach
Celebrating Nigeria's Independence by delivering free medical and welfare packs alongside comprehensive health checks and free medication to road traffic and allied officers. Holds annually.
